Dennis R. Rodriguez is a Director with ToneyKorf Partners in New York.  Dennis is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of management consulting experience focusing on financial and operational advisory.  His expertise includes work in the following areas: corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, recapitalization strategies, business plan development, transaction advisory, operational performance improvement, and the implementation of cost-cutting plans.

Dennis specializes in providing operational and financial advisory in complex reorganizations for lenders and private equity portfolio companies.  He brings a breadth of experience working with clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, retail apparel, airline, distribution, and transportation.

Most recently, Dennis is providing financial advisory services to a substance use and mental health treatment provider with facilities located throughout the southeast.  His work includes advising the company in the areas of strategic planning, treasury, cash management, financial planning and analysis, performance improvement, and cost rationalization. Prior to that, he was providing transition and financial advisory services at the New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ, a 1,000 + bed hospital owned by the County of Bergen.  Dennis’s work includes advising the County in the areas of operations management, strategic planning, treasury and financial monitoring, and vendor management.

Prior to joining ToneyKorf, Dennis worked at both national and internationally recognized financial advisory firms focused on operational improvement and cost rationalization for both debtors and creditors.  His project work includes working capital reduction, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, strategic planning, implementation of turnaround initiatives, performance improvement concepts, and operational due diligence.

Dennis’s clients have ranged from large multi-national corporations and lending institutions to regional and family-owned businesses.

Dennis received a B.S.B.A. with Honors in Finance and a Minor in Economics from the University of Florida. He is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
